Singing Valentines Order Form
You can order your Singing Valentines on-line using the form below. Payments may be made through a PayPal account or a credit card. You can print off or view the Singing Valentines Order Form so you will know the additional information needed to deliver your Singing Valentine.
To order your Singing Valentines
- Complete the form below
- Select the type of Singing Valentine you want (in-person, in-person specific delivery time, or telephone). Please note: The charge for a specific time, in-person delivery is $75.
- Select a time block during which you want the Singing Valentine to be delivered, or, if requesting a specific delivery time, choose "N/A Specific Time Needed"
- Select the date you want the Singing Valentine to be delivered.
- If requesting a specific delivery time, enter that time
- Select the one or two songs you want delivered
- Be sure to enter your phone number so we can contact you to obtain specifics regarding the delivery
- Click on the Add to Cart button to add your order to your shopping cart .
- After clicking on Add to Cart, you will be taken to a secure PayPal View Cart page, which will open in a new window. If you want to purchase additional Singing Valentines or optional items such as additional songs or teddy bears, click on Continue Shopping to return to this page. NOTE: When you click on Continue Shopping, you may see a message warning you that "the web page you are viewing is trying to close the window. Do you want to close the window?" If you see this message, click on Yes, to return to this page.
- Update any quantities on the shopping cart page, if necessary, and click on Update Cart, then click on Proceed to Checkout to pay for your Singing Valentines. You will be taken to a secure PayPal checkout page. You can pay for Singing Valentines using a credit card or a PayPal account. Please note that your credit card or PayPal account will list the payment as "Capital City Chapter Sweet Adelines Inc.", not Singing Valentines.
- Once your order has been completed, someone from our Singing Valentines team will contact you to obtain the delivery details for the Singing Valentine.
