Annual Show
Every year, Capital City Chorus puts on a Holiday Show the first Sunday in December. This show features the chorus, chorus quartets and various guest performers. In past years the guest performers have included Columbus Brass, Straight No Chaser from Indiana University, and the Chordlighters barbershop group. At the 2008 Holiday Show we had the first-ever Capital City Chorus Idol Contest in which young men and women aged 14 - 24 competed for cash prizes as well as recording studio time donated by Skyscape Records. The winners were selected by the audience.
The show is traditionally held in Ransburg Auditorium on the campus of the University of Indianapolis.
The 2008 Holiday Harmony Show took place on Sunday Dec. 7 at 2:30 p.m.
