CCC Sweet Adeline of the Year

Ginger McGeever has been named Capital City Chorus 2007 Sweet Adeline of the Year. Chosen by a vote of the entire chorus membership, this honor is presented annually to a member who has made significant contributions to Capital City Chorus. Ginger is a relatively new member of Capital City, but she's made a great impact by working hard to ensure our fund-raising campaigns are fun and successful. She is very creative and inspires us all! How appropriate that she received her crown at the Holiday Party she had planned and organized!

Ginger has worked tirelessly behind the scenes on behalf of CCC. She writes very inspiring and encouraging messages to those who are absent from rehearsals. She does this without fail. She chaired the cookie dough sales in marvelous fashion. She just completed the nut sales and has done a stellar job with that fund raiser. She solicits help from the right people and ALWAYS gets the job done. Her positive, fun-loving nature spills over into EVERYTHING she does. What a valuable member Ginger is!!!
She is doing so many wonderful things for this chorus AND always, with a smile!!!! I remember she volunteered several times to help with the Zebra outfits, and she headed the "cookie dough" campaign, AND the " nuts" campaign, and now she is handling the Christmas party.
